How do I get Packing Slips and Order Receipts to save my options?
Whenever we select options from the Packing Slip and Order Receipt they never save.
For example; select additional information to include like Listing Photo, Note for buyer, Custom Label, etc. We click on Done in the upper right corner and then we get a banner "Changes Saved".
Then we go to process a new batch of orders and the PS and OR options we selected are no longer selected.
We have this issue when using FireFox and Edge.
