How do I get my shipping cost back from ebay when item was refunded?
I sold an elliptical, but I refunded the money due to the shipping cost being too high. The buyer was OK with it. The shipping was $100.00.
Activity shows that the buyer paid $100.00. I printed the shipping label, but I refunded the purchase the day after. I did not receive the $100.00 back, so as I try to refund everything, $100.00 are missing.
What should I do? Does USPS keep this money once I printed the shipping label?
I tried calling Ebay, but they said it was only for fraud cases.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.

Also, eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for buyers and sellers, but you can have eBay call you. Still you can get the answer to most everything here.
