How do i get my packing delivered by shiprocket
I ordered jewelry from a seller in India. Shiprocket has my package. The traking says that the package has cleared customs and arrived in the US. How do I get info on customs fees and get my package delivered? I don’t understand the process. I have not received additional information. Syatus just indivates tjat it is taking longer than usual. Will the courier contact me pr is thete some action that i should be taking? Shiprocket cudtomer service has not bern helpful

Mentor3 weeks ago@blessedat107 I strongly recommend filing a not received refund request if the item is late arriving. That is not a delivery service that has the best track record.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
