I ordered a headset and protection plan. I paid $112.72. Seller got paid $104.73 but only sent a refund of $103.88. On my purchases it says partial refund. When I try to get a refund for the protection plan itâ€™s telling me to contact seller but seller is telling me to contact ebay but I canâ€™t figure out how. I know itâ€™s only an $8.84 difference but why should I be out money for an item they never sent? Iâ€™m so confused
