How do I get my money back

Question

I purchase an item from a seller at $30 something dollars and another set at $122. And something cents.ebay send me a message after the purchase saying that the seller account is no longer active.they gave me $30 dollars back and say that the action is close.how can I get my full money back.cause ebay shouldn't have allowed the purchase to go through??

You can file a Refund Request if the $122 item does not arrive after the estimated date of delivery has passed.
