How do I get my money back
I bought a Garmin chartplotter with extra components box its self weights over 12lbs.
seller sends me the tracking number after I open a dispute it gets delivered very quick to my mail box. My mail box is normal size and no packages can fit in it.
I purchased via PayPal so I thought I’d have extra buyer protection. PayPal said to bad it got delivered. eBay won’t pick up the phone. Any advice is appreciated.
