HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK
Hello, I need help since is my first time on Ebay. So I bought a pair of shoes almost a week ago. I paid them and asked the seller to send them asap. He NEVER replied and even after I asked him when was he sending them he still didn’t reply. Now, I really want my money back since I paid $150. They don’t even let me cancel the transaction but to contact the seller who apparently doesn’t even EXIST?! How does this work now? They said to wait until 4th of April because is the last day that this product will arrive (although this product will never arrive!) how do I get my money back now?

eBay shows that this account is registered from Italy. In this forum, we are unable to look up your Purchase History. In the Order Details of this transaction though, it should show you the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, then you can open an Item Not Received refund request. eBay will not get involved until the estimated delivery date is passed and you open that refund request.
In the meantime, were the shoes being sent through the eBay International Shipping program? If so, the Seller would need to first send them to the eBay hub in the U.S. Then eBay would ship them from the hub to you. That takes time.
If you are saying that the estimated delivery date you were given is April 4 and if you do not have the shoes by April 5, you need to open the Item Not Received refund request on eBay.
