Unfortunately, if you don’t have a checking account, you won’t be paid.
You will have to wait for the money to be sent to your states unclaimed funds. Contact your state to see how long that takes. Every state is different.
It does not make sense to me that eBay will allow a listing to be created before the seller has fulfilled all the steps required to get paid.
