How do I get my bid retracted/ cancelled

I drop my phone but caught it mid air, when I look at it I realize I had accidentally bid nearly 600$ on a PSA graded PokÃ©mon card, I have tried to contract PSA multiple times but no response, plz help!

Sorry, that's not a valid reason for retracting a bid. (But it does sound like some sort of miracle...that in the process of catching a falling phone, you can inadvertently type in a dollar amount for a bid and submit it.)

Now if you simply typed in the wrong amount, you can retract your bid as long as you immediately re-bid and type in the correct amount. If you don't re-bid, you'll have an invalid bid retraction on your record which is a policy violation.
