OP2 years agothe offshore customer service reps are clueless on how to assist and all I get are lies that it will be looked into and it has been over 1 week. A manager can never call me back do to high call volume no matter what time of day I call. What a shameful way to represent a company that had it's humble beginning right here in the U.S.
I have slowly started selling more on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.
