how do I get in touch with a person in ebay? does anybody have an email address ?

Hi guys,

Is there a customer service where I can communicate with a person.

I bought and paid for something through eBay. item was suppose to have been delivered by Dec 27 2023. Up to now I have not received the item. Its been over 60 days.

I've been messaging the seller and he is asking me to wait another 8 weeks.

Ive opened a dispute but since the seller and I have been communicating through the eBay messaging system eBay closed it since there was nothing being posted in the dispute site eBay closed the dispute.

now I cannot log into the dispute.

Iâ€™m very sorry for the trouble youâ€™ve been having.

We have only 30 days past the estimated delivery date to file an â€˜Item not receivedâ€™ claim with eBay. You probably filed too late for the claim to be accepted. â˜¹ï¸

I recommend you phone your credit card company and request a refund from them. Donâ€™t bother going through eBay any more.

You have waited way too long to have ebay help you. Open a dispute with the payment processor for a refund.
