How do I get in touch with a live person to talk to??

I have an issue with a seller and an item that I received. I have been trying for the past 3 days to talk to a live person and have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I have call the 800-456-3229 number and the AI says it can’t connect me with a live agent. I have request a call back multiple times and I do not get call back but I get an email that it says they have tried to call me but I didn’t answer! I don’t have Spam calling enabled on my phone (I get 20-30 spam calls daily), I don’t have the number blocked.

Can someone help me get in touch with a live person to address my issue with a seller?

@dj-kukul If you have a problem with an item you received there is no need to contact customer service, just file a refund request case.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories. Trading cards, bullion, coins, paper money, and items that are sold as not working or for parts you only have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request case.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help:

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
