How do i get in touch with a human at Ebay?! Don't say use the contact us page because it just loops

Im trying to appeal a refund that was taken out of my account this morning. I was able to speak with someone yesterday about another issue but I dont know where I got the link to request a call back from. The AI is absolutely useless and it's ridiculous that it's this difficult to contact customer service! Whenever I ask for an agent it says to try again during business hours even though it is during business hours!
