How do I get in contact with worker at eBay? My purchase is not showing you on my recently purchased list but they took the money!

It sounds like you checked out as a guest. Guest purchases will not show in your account. You received an email confirmation from eBay however.

Log out of eBay and scroll down and click the button to find guest order details.
