How do I get in contact with a live representative? Phone number???

After I purchased an instrument it was disclosed that there was damage. I want to cancel the sale but the seller does not know how to go about this and I cannot find a way to contact ebay. Any ideas?

Only the seller can cancel and order - eBay can't do it.

Advise the seller to select the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the transaction in his orders list (which he can access by clicking the three dots).

If he had questions, he can come here for help from mentors on this board.
