How do I get help from EBAY
I received an item that was damaged. I reached out to seller and they agreed to take back the item and refund me the money. I sent the item back on June 26 and have confirmation from UPS that it was delivered back to them on June 30th. I reached out to seller to make sure they had the item and they said they do not. I have only until 7/7 apparently to send back. I have confirmation paperwork. I am trying to get EBAY to step in but cannot find the spot on my return page to do that. Pls help.

Mentor3 years agoIf the tracking shows delivery and the seller has not responded or refunded in three business days, you should be able to use the link in my previous message to ask eBay to step in.

OP3 years agoThank you, but when I click on return, there is no place for me to click on ask eBay to intervene. That’s why I’m very confused as to how this works.

Mentor3 years agoIf you started a return through eBay, tracking shows the item has been delivered back to the seller and three business days have passed since the return delivery, you should see a link to ask eBay to step in.
