How do i get help from a person?

The ai agent tells me over and over that there was an error and i should try their ai agent!!! so horribly frustrating. I had an item sell but had not updated banking info. So ebay sent my payout to a closed account. I changed my account info on ebay and contacted the bank. The bank says they did not receive it. I'm sure they rejected it if they did since it was a closed account? But now even though I've tried for 2 hours to get the stupid ai agent to connect me, I can't reach ebay.

Here's how to Contact Customer service
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
