I have hundreds of purchases for my single seller and they have not shipped a single item to me. I’m trying to get a hold of an actual life agent, but as always the automated service is as useless as ever and keeps circling back to the same exact options, I don’t want to go through every single transaction and flag it and contested. I just need a live agent so they can cancel everything refund by money and I have 15 or more items that are active, but I’m not going to pay because the Seller basically ghosted me and everyone
