how do i get ebay to step in for a counterfeit return label

I bought a guitar from [Removed by moderator], requested a refund, they sent me a label that turned out to be counterfeit. There is no where on eBay to file a claim to get my money back. I discovered this same thing happened to a guy who returned a guitar to [Removed by moderator].
