I recently shipped and item via FedEx and bought the label through Ebay. When I got to the local Fedex office they told me that they didn't like the box I used and that they would re-box it, re-attach the label and that there would be additional charges for this which I paid right then and there. Now, two weeks later, Ebay has charged my credit card for the additional FedEx costs I already paid and have a receipt for. How do I get Ebay to credit the amount they charged in error back...
