To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

If phone support is available there will be a link on the left side of the page below the Chat function after using the Help & Contact link on the eBay page and making a topic selection ... for myself I have not seen the "Have us call you" link all year when I periodically checked.
You have the option to post your issue here and volunteer Buyers and Sellers might be able to assist you quicker and more accurately depending on the subject. Any account specific issues we don't handle, we do not have access to any Member's account.
