How do I get Ebay to pay the seller?
Ebay had already removed the funds from my Paypal, but the seller messaged me that she won't ship my order, until Ebay releases the funds to her. Funds are on hold for some reason she says.

Mentor2 years agoIs this a new or infrequent seller? Sounds like it might be.
eBay will often hold the seller's funds until after the tracking shows delivery or for up to thirty days, so if the seller does not ship that will just delay everything further. The seller is supposed to ship when eBay says the payment has been received, not when it reaches the seller's bank account. The clock starts when eBay gets the money, and if the seller does not ship and get an acceptance scan by the time the seller's handling time ends, eBay considers the shipment to be late.
