How do I get eBay to pay me for an item I sold and shipped?
The item was sold and I shipped it as per the instructions from eBay, AFTER eBay assured me that the buyer had paid for the item. I shipped it via FedEx with and ASR, and have been verified that it was delivered to the buyer the next day AND signed for.
eBay says that payment is coming, but even the lastest from them would had me paid last week at the latest. HOW do I get in touch with a HUMAN at eBay to resolve this because the automated system keeps me running around in circles???

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
You can see the fund holds policy on this page> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/payments-hold?id=4816&st=
Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"

OP1 year agoReally? Up to THIRTY days?!? OK, the first-notice was that it would be 48 hours >after< verification of receipt by the buyer... THEN, after that 48 hours was over I was told just before Christmas week that it would be 7 >business days<, which given VERY generous "time out" for Christmas and NY celebrations, would have been the 2nd or 3rd.
What is disturbing to me is the lack of communication from eBay. Is that normal??? I ask, because that 7 BUSINESS day notice was the last I've heard from them on this item.
I tried the link you gave, clicked the ? and found no "have us call you" but instead everything else I've been seeing.

Mentor1 year ago@marcelroy1961. The option to request a call back from the payments page is sometimes not available. I think because the call goes to the Managed Payments agents and there's not as many of them.
I'd check back to see if you can reach a MP agent in the morning around 9am if possible.
If that doesn't work your only other option is general CS and as you've experienced the agents sometimes say what a member wants to hear so they can get a good rating.
Honestly I don't think that talking to CS is going to help as eBay goes by the policy I shared a link to for fund holds. An agent can't override the sites policies.
