How do I get Ebay to help if I have a seller who sent me an incorrect item?
The item was described to be an 8 inch action figure but I received a 12 inch action figure. It is not what I want and the seller does not respond to correct this transaction. I originally reported it lost as the post office delivered it to the wrong address. Neither the seller nor Ebay would help me. I persisted with the post office and they were able to retrieve the item. Upon opening the box, I found the item had not been described correctly on Ebay.

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
