How do I get eBay to fix this?

Instead of my item I received a letter ( that the seller used for item tracking ) saying that they are sending the item from another warehouse and it will arrive in another 3 days with different tracking information.

Wait the 3 days and see if it arrives. You have 30 days to file a claim. If the item does not arrive, open a not as described return, not a not received claim, since you did receive the letter.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
