How do I get Ebay to contact me regarding returns...?

I have been trying to get a US address instead of one in China written in Chinese!

The seller will not be able to provide a valid return label since they are located in another country. If the seller shipped from the US they are not allowed to require a return to another country even for buyers remorse returns. Sellers are required to pay return shipping for not as described items no matter where they are located.

If this is a not as described return request then the seller MUST pay return shipping.

The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.

Contact CS and advise them that the seller has not provided a valid return shipping label as required by the eBay Money Back Guarantee OR sent the $ to your Paypal account to pay return shipping.
