Escalate? That is a second step. The first is requesting a return.

Start with opening a return request for an item that doesnâ€™t match the listing.

This is the guide for all kind of returns, including items that donâ€™t match the listing.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures - at least one - and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. (Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.)

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
