How do I get Authenticity Guaranteed put up for buyers for shoes that I'm selling?

Talked with the lady at eBay she called back again this morning I revised my listings exactly like other sellers have them that are authenticity guaranteed backed and it's still not popping up on my listing as authenticity guaranteed. Can anyone help me help my buyers please?

Sneakers specified as customized will not be authenticated
