How do I get anybody at E-bay to clear this up?
Summary: rueolms_0 is frustrated with repeated delivery issues, where items ordered do not reach the correct address despite being refunded. They have experienced several wrong deliveries and even attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer support multiple times. jacbarcollectibles explains that eBay is not responsible for shipping, as sellers manage their own deliveries. They suggest that there might be an issue with fraudulent sellers and advise working with the shipping carrier to get proof of incorrect labeling to resolve the matter with eBay.
I don't know how, but 3/4s of my deliveries aren't making it to me. This is my last of 5-6 messages I've sent to them. All were refunded (not my point), I just want to have stuff I order, to get to me. There has to be a fix. Any ideas?
"That s NOT my front door. Although, 1 of the 2 jars did make it to the end of my drive. Since I was only asking one of the humans at E-bay to call me, to get this issue of MANY wrong deliveries resolved (at least 1/2 of this one arrived), I will no longer shop at e-bay. This really upsets me.
(((I gave them my phone # here, again))) FedEx had told me to have you get ahold of them about the multiple wrong deliveries involving them. According to them, even though I'd been given their tracking number, my name and address was NOT the one on their records (hence, them wanting to open a joint investigation).
Just look at the years of photo proof of deliveries. Now, same address, with an orderly front door, or now some have a double brick garage???? I don't have either.
For years, you had a perfect record. Not any more. Goodbye"

Mentor1 month agoYou have to remember that eBay does not actually ship anything. Sellers ship their items on their own. It appears that you are dealing with sellers who are committing fraud by selling the item and then shipping to a different address. When this happens eBay can help but it becomes a little complex. When you open the "Item not received" case eBay will side with the seller since they have tracking to prove delivery. You would then need to appeal and present proof from the shipping carrier that your item had a different shipping address on the label. Your shipping carrier would need to give you a letter stating that the label address was not your address.

OP1 month agoNo human available on a phone # is a pain! For several years, there hasn't been an issue. Then, 5 different sellers within 6 weeks. Since more has been "miss-delivered", than shown up, and I've had no issues with other company deliveries, I have to assume it is an E-bay common denominator. Strangely enough, GV nuts are also in common. I tried to get many GV cashews, 1 GV mixed nuts, and one 2 pk of GV peanut butter (I did get 1, but not the other and the pic wasn't of my place).
Your suggestion might work, but if I can't get my stuff delivered, and they won't reach out to resolve the issue(not talking about $ back), then I guess I'll have to shop other .coms. My last 7 online purchases have not been on e-bay.
Thanks for explaining things.
