How do I get ahold of somebody to correct a double charge to my card?
eBay double charged my card, since I can't get ahold of anybody to correct the issue, I am disputing the double charge with my bank

Many people confuse a ‘pending’ charge with an actual charge on a statement.
Are you certain you actually were charged twice?
