How do I get ahold of an actual live Ebay human?
Ebay is impressive at how hard it is to get ahold of a live human to help me with a shipping issue from a seller. Does anyone have any tips? Their AI chat is world class bad and incapable.

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

If you are unable to get a call back, that may be for several reasons; a location outside of North America, VOIP phone, and call blockers (personal or that of a service provider) are often issues.

OP1 year agoHere is the problem.... I'm on a small remote American military island...phones don't work very good here (understatement). I purchased an item that can only arrive here via USPS and the shipper sent it FedEx to a PO Box (not sure how FedEx even let that through?). The shipper was taking so long to even ship the item that I canceled it after 5 or 6 days... but then they got it shipped off once they got the Ebay messages that I was canceling (imagine that). I do not believe that the seller speaks English, and yes I did attempt to contact them. I do not have access to any of the above social media sites.
Also already tried the Ebay chat multiple multiple times and was never able to get a human on there.
