How do I get a working link to verify my identity?

Ebay Technical Issue
Hi there!
It's been over a month since I've been trying to complete my identity verification on my account, a single member LLC, as a new seller due to technical issues on ebay's end. The link provided in the email for the verification takes me to issue resolution page where it shows 0 issues but when I try listing an item, it says I can't unless I resolve the pending issue. The link in the message in app doesn't work either. I get the same "all good..." page.
I've tried on both mobile and computer browsers and app. I've tried incognito. Several calls and chats with ebay support all to no avail. There havealso been 24, 48 & 72 hours waits as advised by the agents. Still, no help. I can't list, I can't sell. Can someone please help me resolve this?

Accepted file formats: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, and .png. You may add up to 10 documents at 1 time, 5MB each.

OP1 week ago · EditedNo. I couldn't. That's the problem. The link they sent me to do that is broken. It takes me to a page that says "All good. No issues". I would if they sent a link that actually works. It's been over a month and support has not been successful in helping me. Several contacts/calls and they keep telling me to wait 24-48-72 hours.
