How do I get a seller to contact me? Have talked to Ebay they said they would ask them, but still 0
We are out $1540.00 on 2 parts sold with 2 year warranty, that's sad

sellers are not required to respond to messages.
Warranties are issue by the manufacturer, not an Ebay seller unless the seller is an authorized seller for the company that manufactures the item.
