How do I get a seller banned off of eBay
If a seller has more then a 30 day lead time and refuses to communicate with the buyer how do you get eBay to remove that seller and band them from selling ?

Sellers are not required to respond to messages, or to have particular lead times as long as there is a shipping estimate that potential buyers can see. Presale items can have lead times up to forty business days from the date of purchase, for instance.
The proper course of action when a seller does not meet your personal standards is to find another seller to do business with rather than trying to get the seller kicked off of eBay, unless the seller is actually violating eBay policy.

OP6 months agoI totally understand however when you buy there items then wait patiently for your item to arrive, Only to find out they never shipped the item and not respond to emails then I don’t believe that seller should be allowed on eBay as a seller as well as thinking eBay would want those type sellers.

Mentor6 months ago@happyvalleyfarmusa. You can file a not received refund request when it is at least one day past the last estimated delivery date.
Never expect an item sooner than the last estimated date on the listing.
