Mentor6 months agoIf the buyer files a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. ebay's Money Back Guarantee trumps any No Returns policy. The buyer receives a message from ebay with a link to print the return shipping label. Once tracking shows Delivered back to you, you have 2 days to refund the buyer.
