How do I get a refund for damaged product if the seller will not respond to contact

Since I have not received a response from my last emails, this is a more detailed explanation of the problem I have with the order I received on Monday, October 6, 2025. Your package of 4 boxes of L'Oreal Healthy Hair Color (LIGHT RED BROWN 6R) arrived soggy. The developer creme in each of the boxes had holes in the bottles and the liquid had leaked out. Obviously these are not usable without the developer. Please replace these with undamaged product or refund my money.

You need to file a return request for the damaged item.

Use the reason "not as described, damaged, does not work" Or anything that closely matches those reasons.

The seller will have three days to respond. They may require you to return the item, they can refund you or if they ignore it you can ask eBay to step in.

Do not close the return request. It will close automatically when you get a refund.

Be prepared to return the items, the seller will need to give you a prepaid label to use to return the items.
