How do i get a refund for an unused shipping label?
I sold an item but the description was incorrect. I issued a refund and return label to
the customer. After explaining the issue they have decided they no longer want to return the item but I have already issued the return shipping label. Is there a way to get it cancelled and refunded?

If you directly purchased a return label that is not being used, you can void it (within 28 days). You will see a refund in about 21 days.
If you accepted a return and eBay sent the Buyer a return label, you will not be charged for that label until it is scanned.
