How do I get a refund for a duplicate shipping label I purchased?

I had my old return address on my ebay account before I realized it and created the shipping label, which I then cancelled, updated my address and recreated another shipping label with the correct address.

I was charged twice for the label, but was not refunded the money for the cancelled label. How do I go about getting my money back?

@libster7070 You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

They have to make sure that the label was not used.
