How do I get a refund?
I bought an item in March and it never arrived. The seller claims they sent it 2-3 times but it never arrived. I contacted them several times each time before they responded so they are not responsive at all and I'm getting fed up. It is now July. I can't get a refund from eBay because the bot just gives me the runaround and I don't know how to get to a human being. The seller is not responding. Is my only option to leave negative feedback?

Mentor1 year agoYou are long past help from eBay's Money Back Guaranty since you needed to have opened a case within 30 days from the last estimated delivery date for the item. You need to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back. There are time limits for doing this so do it now.

It is too late for eBay to help - you must file a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received. Most cards can help for 180 days after purchase.
