OP3 years agoI ordered a food processor blade and used it a couple of times but it never really worked the way it was suppose to. I contacted the selIer who was nasty then I contacted Ebay and talked to a lady who said to talk to the seller about the issue and if I don't get a satisfactory result they would help me. Now I can't call and get a live peron. What number do I call and get a live person at Ebay?

Mentor3 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described (i.e. not working properly), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
