how do I get a live agent?
The Automated Advisor cannot answer my questions about how to re-open a return that was closed in error. I've tried multiple times to get an answer. Frustrating!

Mentor1 year agoOnce a return is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you paid with Paypal, try filing a return there.
