How do I get a human on the phone?
I bought a phone that was advertised as new for 652 dollars.. it had many issues..took it to phone store. Found out it wasn't new and refurbished poorly. The seller had me send it back saying they would replace it. Now they have my phone no replacement, and won't return any messages..total silence for probably a couple months. I have everything in messages from before I sent it in. Them saying they would replace it. But silence after I sent it in and I can't figure out how to complain about it. The AI complaint doesn't give me an option. I would like to talk to someone from ebay and get some information. But can't figure out how to talk to someone. I purchase many things from ebay and I get options to rate seller.. but for some reason I didn't get that option to rate this seller and they stole my 659 dollar phone and went silent.. thanks for any info

·1 year agoDid you formally open a return request on eBay, or did you just send it back to the seller without doing that? They would not have gotten a "couple months" to avoid responding if you had, so I'm guessing you did not open a return request on eBay. If that's accurate, you are beyond the timeframe of eBay's 30-Day Money Back Guarantee at this point and you will want to seek help from your payment institution instead, usually in the form of a chargeback.
