How do i fix if a package has went to the wrong location?
If I switched labels and they already arrived at the wrong house, how do I fix this?

-You message BOTH Buyers and let them know you will refund their out of pocket expense to ship the items back to you. You also let them know you are making the same request to both parties.
-When you get an item back, inspect it then repack it and ship it to you rightful owner. You can print up to 5 labels on one transaction through eBay and the tracking will be uploaded to the sold file so you and the rightful owner can track its progress.
-If the Buyers both file claims for not as described then you will be forced to pay for a return shipping label and refund them when you get the item(s) back. I've done what I recommend above so I know in some instances it can work. You might lose some money on one the other or both transactions but to me it's just good customer service to try and get the items purchased to the right people.
-I do NOT recommend you try and have them ship to each other, 1) you have no control over what happens and if one the other or both say they never got their item you are refunding, 2) having them ship to each other would mean giving them someone else's personal information, not good.
