How do I find the address of a customer?
I sold an item to a customer he paid and the money went into my bank account. I don't have his name address. All I have is Jacksonville FL, 32256–7525. What do I do?

Another thing I'd do, besides what has already been posted, is call the bank and ask them to verify that there was a deposit made, of the amount and on the date. As already mentioned, somebody might be trying to pull a fast one.

If you don't see the order and a notice to ship here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
Then the buyer did not pay you.
Everything you need to see as a seller is on eBay.
EBay shows you the buyer's address when it is paid for.
There are 'buyers' who will try to run a scam by emailing a fake deposit email to a seller.
Be sure you see the actual order on eBay.

Mentor1 month agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Location the transaction, click on the Order number, which is in the format of xx-xxxxx-xxxxx and you should see the buyer's name and address. You will get the name/address once the buyer has paid. If the order is in Orders > Awaiting payment you will not see the name/address of the buyer.
