If you purchased something that is not showing on your eBay account then you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest. Below is what I share with members when that happens:

Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise. First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

You would need to sign in to the eBay account used to make that purchase and check the Purchase History.

If the purchase was made using an eBay account that is not yours, you cannot see the transaction.

If you think the purchase was made by someone else using your credit card, contact your card issuer for more details of the purchase or to dispute it and get a new card number issued.
