How do I find a seller, using his sellers "handle" only? I cant find an E-Bay prompt for that search.

If you know the seller's username you can use that to search for the seller's items for sale on the Advanced Search page:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch?_sofindtype=0&_byseller=1#byseller
There is a separate link to search by store name if you know that.
