How do I find a certain person?

I bought an item and checked out as a guest. The seller ran into an issue while packing it up and emailed me to let me know and to ask how I would like to handle it. I can't seem to reply to them from my emails because they took down the item. How do I get a message to them?

The seller took down the item, so when I try to go through the details, it just says can't be found. When I try to reply to the message they sent it makes me log in. Once I am logged in, it goes by my account. Since I didn't buy it on my account, there is no message to reply to.
