Ask the buyer to hold on to the item, the box, and the packing material. Do NOT have them send the item back to you as that can void the insurance. They may need to take all of these items to a UPS store for inspection so that your insurance claim is paid. The insurance is for the Seller, the buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee so they don't wait for an insurance payout if any, you refund them now.
