I cannot locate how to file an appeal with an actual eBay agent ?

The items that got canceled I actually did end up paying for and the seller shipped me ?

I want to get my auction bidding restrictions removed ?

@bob.u_2 You need to contact customer service to appeal. See this help page so you know what they will ask for>

Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Contact us

Next type appeal unpaid strike in the chat box on the lower right. ( don't go into details)

After the chat bot replies type AGENT.

Repeat those two steps as needed.
