How do i file a claim for my customer who received a broken item through USPS
USPS delivered a broken item to my customer. How do I file a claim. I bought my label through eBay

You refund the buyer, then the insurance reimburses you. Ask the buyer for photos of the box and the item. File your claim at www.usps.com.
